Ted, So why permit a child with Down's Syndrome to come into this world to parents who don't want him/her? The better question is why the parents don't want a child with Down's Syndrome. That's a whole other issue and sidesteps the more important question I asked that actually leads to your second statement. "Eugenics by abortion" is a chilling notion, but all too common in this world. Again, I ask you......forget your POV for a moment.......why would you want a child to go to parents who do not want him/her? After all, its the child that will suffer not the parents or you. ted
