Ted, Again, I ask you......forget your POV for a moment.......why would you want a child to go to parents who do not want him/her? After all, its the child that will suffer not the parents or you.

Actually, I want every child to be cared for and raised by parents who want him or her. George Will apparently agrees, too, which is why he cited the waiting list of parents who would adopt Down Syndrome kids.

But as a society, I think we should encourage the mentality that every child is a life worth raising, even those that were unplanned or have birth defects. I still remember the woman who aborted her baby because, among other things, she would be forced to shop at Costco. That's just wrong.
