She was about to start talking about her hobby, which is "ship husbandry", which is the cleaning of barnicles off the bottom. Pretty funny. My guess is the real story is there is some kind of joke going around people close to Condi that she spends so much time with Bush that they call him her husband. Once you get to joking around like that, it would be easy to slip up.
