MM/EDM/h1,

I, too, have nothing against you personally and find your stories
both ver-r-ry amusing and ver-r-r-ry misleading!

You state that IAIC's arrangement with CA is "non-performing in
nature". That is NOT what was said at yesterday's Cruttenden
Roth Y2K conference by IAIC AND CA according to my sources who were at that
meeting. To support this, the Bloomberg report from yesterday said that
CACI International will be using UNICAST on a couple of MAJOR Y2K
conversions.

You must also be plenty upset by Newby & Co.'s prediction that IAIC will
have revenues "many times" their present market cap of almost
$200 million!!!

I remain ver-r-ry long on IAIC! Tick, tick, tick ...!

Regards.

Elliot

PS: Good luck on Monday when those institutions that are hearing
the IAIC presentations for the first time in NYC and Boston will
have an opportunity to invest their funds wisely in the GLOBAL
Y2K SOFTWARE TOOLSET LEADER ... IAIC!
