First let's try to concoct completely frivolous and malicious extortion and blackmail allegations, even though Ollie has been talking for years so I guess there can't possibly be any threat since he said pretty much everything already. Then try to argue he's breached any agreements - and if that happens then I will move for revocation, and you my friends will truly have reaped the whirlwind, including a barrage of lawsuits you do not want, including by those you might have thought to include in certain possible provisions but you did not, sloppy attorneys you have as I did inform you. Try it, and there will be consequences, I am by now under no illusions about the incredible bad faith of which you are capable. If you think there won't be consequences, and not just for you, but for a large number of others and this time the legal powder keg will truly explode then think twice and proceed accordingly. Thanks do indeed go to your alias agents for drawing my attention to the law regarding extortion and blackmail. If that is your preference, if you cannot accept that this country is not your private banana republic, and innocent citizens your available targets for ruin, then that is what you are going to get, and I have warned you many times that there are people in this country with honor who stand behind me, some of whom you do not know yet, but may be getting to know if you proceed down this path.
You people and your tactics are so transparent it is completely pathetic. You truly believe you're so much more clever than members of the public, and that gives you the right to ruin them all. Not on my watch. And there are plenty of people who agree with me, like Eliot Spitzer and Kenneth Breen, both of whom I am certain have staff who read the posts made here, so nothing to "inform," but you think I won't at some point decide to make a certain effort and broaden this litigation - especially since thanks to you I have absolutely nothing to lose - well, why not try me. Now let's see how good you are at playing poker, considering I have never bluffed yet - and that includes going to Europe for justice, in addition to American justice, just like what happened to Microsoft (yes, many Europeans were defrauded by Berber and Moor, too, including a Belgian Sabena airline pilot, I have records proving it).
All bets are off when new crimes are committed in order to cover-up the old ones. Or maybe you think the laws only apply to the weak and powerless? En verra, mes amis.
