He was out of jail cause he served his time as the law prescribed. The problem is the law. Needs to be upgraded NATIONALLY. Supposedly these people cannot be SAVED by psychoanalysts, so something needs to be done to keep track of them forever. Some say LIFE imprisonment. I havent yet formulated my own opinion, but I am thinking AT A MINIMUM they ought to at least be required to wear an ankle bracelet AT THEIR COST for life to be able to track their whereabouts. jdn
