Obviously, you are so jaded in your fear of this subject that you didn't see that I previously said that the SEC position paper was a good start. It leaves many issues open. I also cited the response, which except for its attack the SEC language, raised significant points for discussion and investigation.

Both sides of this issue probably would accomplish more without the attack mode headlines. The funny thing is that the shortie-hedgie crowd usually attacks the SEC for not going after touts and crooked management. Now they are in a position of defending the SEC and claiming that this subject should be ignored. Then, of course, they personally attack anyone in leadership on the issue.
