Bill, it's actually "front running" an order. Now you're messin' with Hallowed Traditions. Been around since long before Nasdaq. I think it goes back to the 20's when shoe-shine guys would hear Jay Gould tell JP Morgan he was thinking of buying some more Acme Coal.
