Delay's crimes are not unsubstantiated. #1, they are just the tip of the iceberg.

Saying something is "not unsubstantiated" and actually substantiating it are NOT the same thing.

Don't get me wrong - I don't care for Delay's style of "leadership", but if he actually did something illegal, as must be proven in a court of law, then I trust he will be appropriately punished. And if he violated House rules (in a non-trivial way), then I'm sure he will be appropriately sanctioned and/or removed from leadership. But so far, all you've done is to make unsubstantiated accusations; confuse House rules with criminal law; attempt to paint pandering as criminal (what pol wouldn't be in jail if that were so?); confuse the positions of Majority Leader, Speaker of the House and "head of congress" (whatever the heck that's supposed to be); and mistake ridicule of you for defense of anyone.

BTW, James "Trafficante" [sic] was tried and convicted in federal court. Jim "Wriht" [sic], if you are referring to the former House Speaker, resigned under bipartisan, public and media pressure after a series of revelations about ethics violations, but you are wrong to suggest he ever went to jail. He didn't.

PS: Ripped any pages out of books at your local library lately?
