There must be a special place in hell for that guy. Last night I watch a "Law and Order Criminal Intent" episode in which the SO was a mild-mannered, wimpy guy who made champaigne truffles. He was screwed up. The detective pitied him and set the stage for a life sentence instead of the death penalty. He didn't last too long in the prison before the other inmates beat him to death. Some creatures and people are unfit to live, no matter how compassionate society is or how victimized they themselves were. Maybe it is better if they just go.
