Did everybody get their letter from Dennis Schlegel ? I thought it was a cheesy attempt to save his job. I dont think most shareholders are aware of the upcoming proxy fight and this is the current managements opening salvo to restore faith. Interstingly , the CEO was defending his position as a work at home CEO. I wasnt aware that he worked out of his house in the northwest. I really question how a CEO can effectlively manage the day to day operations of a company, keep his fingers on the pulse, maintain employee moral, etc., when hes never at the corporate office ?
