Seems everyone who did something illegal is being punished. Where's the breakdown?

I gather you didn't lose any pension money when Enron, WorldCom, et al did their deeds.

As for "everyone" being punished, we should all wish it so. No doubt, there will be more than one culprit escape punishment and several not guilties wind up being punished. There are several stories of folk who protested these deals, finally signed off on them or else lose their jobs, who are now in the prosecutors' sights.

I gather you would not wish to be on a newly effective SEC? ;-)
