Is this a personal opinion or is it something that Mr. Salvari has heard from Mr. King? I certainly think this is a bone of contention for Mr. Shinn. What to do with ATKJ shareholders? This very well could be an outstanding issue. I don't know exactly how this would be resolved but it is apparent that ATKJ shareholders were duped. Still, that is the price you pay when you play the market. Example, the CEO of a company states that business is fine and no bankruptcy plans are pending. This was the case with three(3) telecommunication companies GLBX, MFNX, XOXO that I was invested in. All three filed for bankruptcy! Outright lies! Shareholders lost everything! These companies resumed business as usual after the bankruptcy hearings, with their debt paid in full! No thought was given to the lowly shareholder in all three cases except for the expected litigation which someone always instigates.
Perhaps Mr. King feels that is not his problem and he should not be held accountable in any case?
As far as Mr. Shinn "going down with the ship" so to speak, I felt from the beginning he was not going to give up and that this was going to Court! I don't think he has a prayer.
The conversation I had with Mr. King convinces me of that. I feel Mr. Shinn is a proud man who feels he is the rightful owner of Tubercin, given him by Mr. Chung and he doesn't care what a piece of paper says. He is in for a rude awakening, in my opinion. Then it will be too late for him. It all depends on what Mr. King eventually does. Does he go for the throat or does he throw him a "bone"?
Here is a thought, assuming the court decision goes Mr. Kings way, will the inventor of Tubercin be asked to be part of HTDS, in some capacity? I did not make that up, incidentally. Now is the time I feel that Mr. KIng should make good on everything he has told his shareholders, me included. This needs to be settled and the business plan start to be enacted. The earliest I think will be after May 2.
