A recent sureway showed that in the forthcomming vote on the European constitution that despite warm recommandation by pres. Chiraq the chance of this vote to pass is in question.
But for passage of the constitution a unanimous vote by all 25 member countries is needed. If indeed this will not be achieved, the value of the Euro will most likely fall and as a cosequence the dollar will rise. Fred
