I have avoided all investments in China. I have a hard time actually outside of North America. Every time I do it I get burned. Transglobe is burning up real good now. I simply believe that if energy prices are good - there are plenty of good opportunities here in North America. I find it interesting that metal stocks do not seem to be punished for being in Mexico and there is lots of investment. It seems like there would be similar investment in the Mexican oil industry if it were opened up. Bob
