Yep. A military tribunal and a rope. Street Justice Would Have Been Better polipundit.com It’s three and-a-half years later, and the federal government still is dickering with al-Qaeda terror-bot, Zacarias Moussaoui. What a monumental waste of time, energy, and taxpayer funds. Moussaoui’s not a U.S. citizen. As such, I never could grasp the AG’s “logic” of affording him access to the federal court system. He should have been tried before a military court. And then swiftly executed. With extreme prejudice to boot.
