It seems that the parties were directed to address the meaning of the terms and that the Defendants failed convince anyone that the meanings of the terms should be changed. Seems like the ancient scientists who had to try to continue to "prove" the world was flat. Where to from here: I think from all these papers filed, the Judge will decide if the "world is round or flat". I think (and hope) that the Markman Hearing date can now be set. It does not seem that Lexis is a prior art problem.
