Sorry, Westergaard is not that smart. What triggers or activates the banner is number of quotes one request. Must be done one at a time on request for fifth quote, any one even those not Westergaard related, the banner is activated. Wonder if its same banner for everyone. Appologies to J. Westergard, simply gave you too much credit. Another conspiracy theory bites the dust.
