Mine has a finished basement with a walk out, fireplace and a half bath. Carpeted with drywall on the floors and ceiling. Just a 2 car garage but I also have 40x24 and a 40x36 pole barns. The bigger one has 3 stalls. Wife told me to leave 10 years ago but I bought the house and the title is in my name. I know a guy who built a house for himself and his wife. She divorced him shortly after and got the house. Some quirk in the law made him pay income taxes on the value of the house.
