The fetus has no legal rights because it is not a citizen. 1 - Non citizens have legal rights. 2 - The issue isn't "does the fetus have legal rights?" I believe most of us here have a basic understanding of the current legal regime for this area. We could talk about it but there isn't much to debate about it. Tim
