Does Asensio have any thoughts on the timing of the criminal proceedings and then the civil trial? 1Mo? 3Mo's? 1YR? 1-2YRs? >2YRS? No, he is not sure about the timing, that is why he moved in now because depending on the appeal, (I did not go into that with him) it could happen at any time, and because of their analysis, they did not want to miss out on this opportunity by being on the sidelines and initiating coverage too late. All I can say is he is very confident in his position.
