Hi Kirk,

Have you checked the mouse driver in device manager?

Start...right click My Computer...properties...Hardware tab...Device Manager. Check for exclamation marks or question marks.

I've heard people having mouse problems sometimes solve the problem by deleting the mouse driver, rebooting and letting Windows load generic drivers.

What brand mouse do you have?

logitech.com

Have you checked the mouse connection to see if it's loose?
