Not sure the people estimating unit capacity have taken into account the growing transistor budget that will drive unit capacity down. Unit capacity will depend a great deal on product mix, and the extra transistors that may need to be on those units... like bigger cache. Also, is AMD going to be able to ramp without dedicating resources to chipsets or other building blocks? The world is not standing still while AMD builds its fab.

BTW, where did you pick up the 100Mu/annum estimate?
