But if it eliminates a limit to their ramp then they don't need to rethink anything. NVIDIA, VIA, SiS, ATI, Broadcom and ULi are already producing or planning to produce Athlon 64 and/or Opteron chipsets. I don't see where AMD trying to reinvent the wheel is going to be a profitable venture.
