Yardslave only comes out when this topic is raised and he has very little of substance to say.

I refuted each and every one of his points and he has yet to answer back. Yet he snipes and says, "trust me, no such thing."

I'm just looking for discussion. Many have raised issues that vary with yours and others. Yardslave comes over and says those who disagree with him are naive or stupid, etc. Then he pisses and moans if you attack him back.

As for "gurus," the chorus on the gated threads was pretty much for "acquittal", with the argument that bad, manipulating, criminal extorting shorts did not exist and that the Batman defense would be successful. Debate and contrary opinions were not taken very well then either.
