No, Delay is guilty. Anyone who knows anything about him knows he's been guilty for many years. He is the most dishonest politician in DC. He has extorted millions of dollars and run all kinds of dirty tricks. He runs his slimey empire like a mafia and considers himself above the law. He is going down so hard he's going to bounce. And the more dishonest rightwingers lie and tell us he's innocent, the worse they look. It exposes the rightwingers as immoral unethical phonies. Delay is turning the GOP into an entire party of OJ's lawyers. Perfet. Love to see that. Because when Delay falls and we sweep out his crooked cronies, then we can start investigating Bush-Cheney, and I don't mean their sex life, I mean their real criminal enterprise. Energy gouging.
