I believe the recent story on misrepresentation of wild salmon in stores mentioned that stat.It seems like a reasonable percentage considering that for the most part supermarkets don't carry the wild.

My point is just what kinda fishing pressure we will see on the wild salmon if we remove that 95% from the mkt? just how many wild salmon will need to be caught to satisfy the demand for the fish?...Lots more than are out there for sure.
