Ted, you're dodging the question. How do you feel about "partial birth abortions," uncommon as they are? And regardless of how you feel about it, do you think they should be legal or not?

I do not think they should be allowed beyond the point of fetus viability outside the womb......I think that's at 28 weeks.....unless the mother's health is in danger.

See! Most liberals are capable of compromise. ;~)
