Thus you do agree that a fetus can be murdered, at least indirectly (collateral damage, eh?).
Assuming you having said that a fetus can be murdered, how do you distinguish between the termination of the fetus by abortion only (not murder) or by other means (murder) like above?

A fetus killed by action of a human thus sometimes is murder (you get the needle) and sometimes is abortion only (lawful), all according to the circumstances, right?
