Intel banned from Kinki procurements theinquirer.net A RICH CHIPMAKER, Intel, has been banned from tendering for some Japanese government projects because of its monopolistic practices. The Land, Infrastructure and Transport Ministry's Kinki Regional Development Bureau slapped a ban on the chipmaker's Japanese arm for two months, the Japan Times reports.
