2 or 3 thousand and over the entire period of hostility. Many died there of wounds or age. You should have been more specific. You are prone to exaggeration. That is why you didn't fill in a value that you had. Over 50 thousand US men died there. If a handful were saved, it was worth it. However, I assure you many people were saved and the dogs lives were not in vain. You have to get off the lame dog whining. Shit happens. Move on with your life. Read something else. Why don't you whine about homicide/suicide bombers? Are you concerned about what they do? You are just a spiteful little person always trying to find wrong in this country. I would certainly save you before a dog, but I am sure I would regret it later.
