Yep, that it is. Back when I ate more steaks I'd buy a side of beef. Not packing house beef but local beef from farmers who'd raise a dozen or so head. Had it cut to order. Cost less and much better than supermarket beef.

I also like fried chicken. There's a place by the river, town of 17 homes and a diner. Now they served GOOD chicken. They have to have something special to draw people from 30 miles away to eat lunch.
