I traced NWAU down when they kept sending me letters claiming that I was a stockholder(?), they are the remains of Uniprime, after several different reincarnations and at least one 20 for 1 reverse stock split.

Here's how it went

Uniprime (UPCA) Reorganized 11/15/1999, hired a new CEO one Stanley F. Wilson, and a new address 2425 East Camelback Road No. 950, Phoenix, Ariz. 86016, 602/508-3566.

Then Uniprime changed symbols and is UPMC (Pink sheets) with a Dean H. Becker, Pres. listed incorporated in Nevada

Yet another President on November 28, 2001 "Jay H. Clark, a new address at "Apache Junction" and someone stepping down that was unheard from previously one "Randy Russo"

Then here in 2005 I started getting E-Mail from "Automotive Capital Group (AOCP) claiming I was a stockholder (Traced back to UNIPRIME) and then AOCP changed their symbol to NWAU (Nowauto)

I have sent an E-Mail to Nowauto (As a Stockholder?) requesting a list of company Officers/Directors/Partners involved with their corporate structure, specificly to include Hidden or "Silent" members.

I just want to see if Gary Tabb, or Joseph Petrillo show up anywhere.

If I get an answer, I'll post it, If I don't get an answer, I'll sic the SEC on them for not answering a Stockholder's request.
