What I don't get is how the 10 year bond yield does not increase based upon the Beige Book. I thought stock valuations are dependent to a large degree on the 10 year bond yield. Something just does not make sense. Bonds should be selling but they are not! In that case stocks should be in rally mode. (i guess maybe we need that wall of worry to climb)
