Sorry....under our Constitution and laws, Rep. Delay is entitled to a presumption of innocence.....its funny that those who call Bush "fascist", etc can't seem to grasp such a basic concept....of course in your case, given your obvious lack of intellect, its not as surprising as it might be..... J.
