And let me point out that the murder was without the consent of the mother........it was an unlawful invasion of her right to privacy and her right to control her own body. He wasn't charted with "unlawful invasion of her right to privacy". He was charged with murdering her, and with murdering the fetus. But again the law is not always consistent. Tim
