Yes, my mexican neighbor does not pay into a 401K with his illegal job - the US companies offshored, sent our jobs to the 3rd world, now no americans make enough to contribute to 401K to support the stock prices - good points. Ok so how best to play it, short it directly, take out some puts? What kind of time frame?

As for float and shares outstanding - wasn't there some new regulation where they don't count certain shares in the float anymore? Is that what you are referring too?
