It is a very good article I read it and thought about the tech boom and how it too would never end. I remember having a huge discussion on pe at that time and not being able to comprehend infinite possibility. AH felt that way too.

I had no idea you has the exact same problem there as we do here. The encomiast makes sense however and timing of bankruptcy laws here should reduce spec.

No joke Searle the more I read including the fact that the short holding on gold are related to industry not players.
This does not include people who are wondering exactly how well our economy is doing. We could have 2% unemployment but that gauge does not state income. Sure my children are fine but they work hard there is very little free time for my sons who both have enormous drive and a wee bit of grey matter.

The wages in ca state gov budget upper end is pretty decent bottom is low. To me over all it is not quite enough income to buy property.

Here there is too much fudging with finance so when real estate pops it could include far more people that one would expect. equity etc
