You must be Jewish. I'm not anti-semitic, but being allied with Isreal is not in the US interest You don't have to be anti-semitic to have been sold a bill of goods. The Arabs blame us for Israel, for alliance with their governemnts, for emnity with thier governments, you name it. A culture of excuses. Nasser blamed the US for losing in 1967, and we weren't even allied with Israel then! If it weren't Israel, it would be bases in the holy soil of SA, OBL's gripe. Tell me, which of the problems of the Arab world would be cured if Israel fell into the sea? At least with Israel the US gets an ally who doesn't hate it and use it as a scapegoat.
