thats an interesting story... and a true one dating back many years.
IMHO
Zolt has a very very demanding personality; wants perfection in his people from the receptionist to senior staff. He can put a lot of pressure on a person to perform. Some people can take the pressure, and some people cannot. I have been under that pressure myself; it aint comfortable! ;) Also, I think these people must see his vision, help bring it to fruition or else....
When I was on-site, I saw no less that 3 accountants/controllers come and go... This type of people-churn seems to have slowed though, or at least some have left for other, personal, reasons.
I am not saying this is bad. A tight ship is a good thing, and can lead to great things. Make no mistake, Zolt runs the show!
