You are assigning rights to a fetus as if they were an independent, viable, certified citizen of the US.

Citizen has nothing to do with it. Nor does independence or even viability. If you shoot a non citizen on a respirator and he dies you expose yourself to a murder charge.


Yes, and the non citizen has a legal name, a birth date, driver's license and a green card if he's legal.

Like Ten, you are allowing an emotional whim to dictate your position.

Ideas and arguments that are not developed on the basis of your assumptions and premises are not equivalent to ideas and arguments based only on emotion. You start with your assumptions and premises and there may be no logical way for someone to reach my opinion so you see my opinion as being based on emotion failing to realize that your assumptions are premises are not universally shared.


Okay. Is your position based on emotion? If not, what is the logic or scientific basis for your position?
