Every market commentary site has to come up with reasons for what the market did every single day. We have all complained about it but that will not change it. Yesterday... before the CPI data was reported this morning... I pointed out the odd reaction yesterday in the treasury market. Someone knew this data would be bad today. On a really bad day in the market almost 80% of the stocks are going to trade down in almost the same pattern. We might not like it but it happens but only on the really bad days when everyone sells at once. RtS
