Casaubon, The only thing I know from talking with Uni-solar is that they were not using ultra high frequencies to get their original 3 layered photo voltaic material to work. However, that was a long time ago and since then I don't know if a layer of photo voltaic has been altered to accept ultra high frequencies. You might try to Google the Department of Engergy -Solar PV department. I do not have the information your looking for. Allen
