I've thought the government should regulate the nicotine in cigarettes the same as car emissions. Tell the tobacco companies to reduce the nicotine in cigarettes by 10% every year and in 10 years cigarettes will be nicotine free. Them stupid holes in cigarette filters wouldn't qualify either. Make them take the nicotine out of the tobacco and if they say they can't do it, just tell them that's their problem.
