It's the sheer arbitrariness of the courts that concerns me. Course only the priesthood of the bar can possible appreciate what they are doing at any given time. But show me two judges that can agree what any law means.

What if, say, the legislature decided to pass a law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press. Should the courts defer? Yes, they did.
