It's really unfortunate to see what is happening to Tasty Fries. We were involved with the development of the machine on and off for several years. I can assure you of several things: The machine in prototype form did work, it was tooled up for production, the fries were indeed very good (we had a machine at our place and we were putting on weight), and the latest version solved many of the small problems of odor, etc. Refilling and maintaining the machine was simple - we had started developing a cart that could be wheeled from a van to the site. Also. a lot of things have been said about Ed Kelly. I can only say that he was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he is a gifted engineer. I'm really sorry to see that the machine is not in production. It was, and is a good idea and well engineered. I can't comment on the financial labyrinth that seems to have occurred. I can only say that Ed paid us everything he owed us.
