As you know, there's a BIG difference between "may becoming" and "issued" indictments. lma(zz)o

Peters and Wingate ARE coming to court in a few months on issued indictments. Two indictment dates for Peters are
May 23, 2002 and JUNE 20, 2003.*
*Hampton Porter Investment Bankers from 1998 to 2000.
