Energyplay, Interesting. Those public homebuilders must be relative newcomers to lots of places. They are everywhere here in Florida but much less so in N. Georgia. Yikes, have you bought any building materials lately? I've got a couple of small projects going on and EVERYTHING is way up and this is bound to running up the price of home construction. The retail price of Walmart large oatmeal ($1.77) is the same as it was nearly ten years ago but the price of a yard of concrete has nearly doubled in that same time period. Slagle
