Choosing to eat anything and everything you can because you are at the top of the pecking order is certainly one philosophy of life. I guess you could call it the man as the dominant animal way of looking at things. It doesn't factor in HUMAN values like compassion for the less powerful or respect for other lives we do not have to take, but then you are not making an argument that man is higher than other animals. Sort of a dog eat dog philosophy! It is not a very kind or compassionate or evolved, and does not consider that humans do not have to eat animals at all to survive (unlike cats). So it would be the purely selfish and unnecessary taking of a cat's life for pleasure and dominance. Is that your belief?
