There's one thing that may not have caught people's attention. I am short all the homebuilders in an account. It has been going up and down the past few weeks like the market but every time it goes up it is by less than what it went down the time before. In other words they are coming down.

I am not trading this because the folks I know who are trying are getting whipsawed like mad. Just watching the profits grow.
